3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a winboz Account and access any winboz Service. Registration by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) winboz Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same personal details or different ones — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during Account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. winboz is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Member.
3.4 KYC Verification. winboz is required to verify the identity of all Members in accordance with applicable international gaming authority KYC requirements. You agree to provide valid identity documentation — including your Malaysian IC (MyKad) or passport — upon registration or when requested by winboz at any stage of your membership. Failure to complete KYC verification will restrict your ability to make deposits, withdrawals, or access certain Services.
3.5 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the winboz Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. winboz does not represent or warrant that its Services are available or appropriate for use in any particular country or territory. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not prohibited from doing so by any applicable law, regulation, or order.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winboz Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. winboz will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify winboz immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. winboz may take such measures as it deems appropriate upon receiving such notification, including temporary Account suspension pending investigation.
4.3 Account Currency. All winboz Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, withdrawals, bet placements, winnings, and Bonus Fund calculations are conducted in MYR. winboz does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies through the Platform's standard payment channels.
4.4 Inactivity. A winboz Account is deemed inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. winboz reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration charge to inactive Accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winboz accepts deposits via Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Connect (via FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and GrabPay. 5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. These thresholds are subject to revision; current limits are displayed within your winboz Account portal.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. winboz reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. 5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit and wager funds that are lawfully your own. winboz does not permit the use of funds obtained from any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised source. Any suspicion of such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and escalation to applicable regulatory authorities.
5.5 Currency. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit. winboz does not assume liability for any exchange rate losses in the event a Member funds their Account from a non-MYR source.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers made available by winboz are subject to individual offer terms, which are published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requirements include: Member must be aged 21+; Account must be fully verified (KYC complete); Member must not be self-excluded; and the qualifying deposit must be made within the stated promotional window.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a winboz Account are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and game contribution rates are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. winboz reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where the stated wagering requirements have not been met.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each winboz promotion is available once per Member, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through duplicate accounts or shared payment credentials constitute a breach of these Terms.
6.4 Promotion Amendments. winboz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at winboz's absolute discretion and their availability does not constitute a continuing contractual obligation.
7.1 Product-Specific Rules. All bets placed and games played on the winboz Platform are subject to the applicable product-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that product.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. winboz reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a bet is placed after an event has concluded; a manifest pricing error has occurred; or winboz has reasonable grounds to believe a bet forms part of a pattern of fraudulent or abusive activity.
7.3 Palpable Errors. winboz shall not be liable to honour bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. winboz reserves the right to correct palpable errors and void affected bets, crediting the original stake to the Member's Account.
7.4 Final Results. For sports betting, the result of an event as determined by the relevant governing body shall be final for settlement purposes, subject to the applicable sports betting rules. For casino games and slots, the result displayed on the Platform at the conclusion of each game round is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winboz Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
winboz reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void all associated bets and forfeit all balances without compensation.
All intellectual property rights in and to the winboz Platform, including but not limited to the winboz brand name, logo, website design, software, content, text, graphics, game interfaces, and any underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to winboz. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any winboz intellectual property.
You may access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Member. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any winboz content or software without prior written consent from winboz.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winboz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
10.2 winboz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. winboz shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control.
10.3 winboz's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits winboz's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12.2 Termination by winboz. winboz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) there is suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; (c) your Account is required to be closed by applicable law or regulatory direction; or (d) winboz ceases to offer its Services in your jurisdiction.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, all access rights to the Platform are immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and general principles of commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winboz Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits winboz's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or Platform integrity.
